CLFI opens 86th ALS center in San Juan

In line with the company’s core value of Social Responsibility, Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation, Inc., (CLFI) led by CLFI Group Head Jonathan D. Batangan, recently launched the 86th DepEd Alternative Learning System (ALS) center in Pinaglabanan Elementary School in San Juan City. The company’s partnership with the Department of Education has helped thousands of students from all walks of life by providing a second chance to those who would like to continue their education. Through this initiative, numerous learners have been able to start anew and follow their dreams. Currently, there are 30,590 learners enrolled to the program.

 

Present during the launch were CLFI Program Deparment Head Kristina Muñiz, Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Alejandro Ibanez, Pinaglaban Elementary School Principal – OIC Maria Magdalena Rosopa, Education Program Specialist for ALS Erwin Dela Cruz, other CLFI personnel, and ALS officers.
